Please use your email address that you submitted to the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OMSAS) as your username and your OMSAS Number (eg. 2026-xxxxxx) as the password

Please use your email address that you submitted to the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) as your username and your OUAC Number (eg. 2026xxxxxx) as the password.
If you are an ASPIDG applicant to the DDS program, please use your email address that you submitted in your application and your Registration Number (eg. 2025xxxxxx) as the password, this number can be found on your invite to interview letter.
